Overview


The Technology Service Center provides assistance with logging into MyVPCC and VPCC account (e.g.@vpcc.edu) systems:

  • MyVPCC account is a single sign-on account that allows you to access VCCS applications such as Canvas, HCM, SIS, Gmail, in addition to other VCCS applications.
  • VPCC account allows you login to VPCC computers and Micrsoft365 applications such as Microsoft Teams and Outlook, in addition to other Microsoft365 applications. 

Help & Support

The Technology Service Center assist you with logging into the following accounts:

  • Your VPCC campus computer or workstation.
  • Your VPCC email account.
  • Your MyVPCC|MyVCCS account (Canvas, HCM, SIS, etc.).
  • Your KnowBe4 Security Awareness account.

For support, please submit a ticket. If you need immediate assistance please contact the Technology Service Center at 757-825-2709.

For security & authentication purposes, we will contact you directly to confirm your request and provide your new temporary password. Passwords are not sent via email or updated in your ticket.
