A VPCC account is used to login to VPCC computers and Microsoft365.(e.g. doej@vpcc.edu). The following services can be requested for VPCC account maintenance: update account information, disable/enable account, name change, extend network account expiration, temporary account access, Teams folder and files access.

MyVCCS application security access request for AIS, SIS, HR|HCM, HPC, eVA, and SIS student data access request.

Submit a new VPCC account request for VPCC adjunct, faculty, staff, temp, work study, or guest.

Canvas information and support. Canvas is a Learning Management System (LMS) that is available to all faculty, staff, and current students.

Printing service for local and network printers across campus.

VPCC email support for adjunct, faculty, and staff.

For all VPCC facilities service request.

Microsoft 365 information and support. Microsoft 365 includes cloud-based applications and services such as Word, Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams and OneDrive that is accessible to VPCC faculty & staff.

Computer software service for VPCC computers. Computer software are programs used to perform a specific task such as Adobe, Microsoft Office, web browsers, etc.

Zoom support for VPCC adjunct, faculty, and staff.

Support and access information for VPCC Wi-Fi. VPCC Wi-Fi provides campus-wide Internet access to all faculty, staff, students, and guest.

VPCC registered students can access Microsoft 365 and install it for free. Student resources are also available at resources.vccs.edu that include student discounts and Respondus Lockdown Browser.

The Virtual Computing Lab (VCL) provides 24x7 access to computing resources from any location, using nearly any available online device. Computers and software tools are available to faculty, staff, and students through the VCL portal, on demand, allowing users to request immediate access to resources or to schedule access at a later time.

Support and access information for VPCC campus Wi-Fi. VPCC Wi-Fi provides campus-wide Internet access to all faculty, staff, students, and guest.

External Research Request

Software that is not provided by VPCC requires approval and must be connected to a VPCC classroom curriculum or department need.

Classroom technology support for computer labs and classrooms across campus.

Network connectivity support for problems or disruptions in establishing, accessing, or maintaining a network connection on VPCC campuses.
