The Virtual Computing Lab (VCL) provides 24x7 access to computing resources from any location, using nearly any available online device. Computers and software tools are available to faculty, staff, and students through the VCL portal, on demand, allowing users to request immediate access to resources or to schedule access at a later time.

VPCC registered students can access Microsoft 365 and install it for free. Student resources are also available at resources.vccs.edu that include student discounts and Respondus Lockdown Browser.

A VPCC account is used to login to VPCC computers and Microsoft365.(e.g. doej@vpcc.edu). The following services can be requested for VPCC account maintenance: update account information, disable/enable account, name change, extend network account expiration, temporary account access, Teams folder and files access.

Support for VPCC Promethean Boards that are installed in various locations around campus.


Report suspicious or harmful activity on your computer, such as viruses, malware, phishing attempts, or unauthorized access.


IT Asset Management supports inventory, tracking, tagging, and assignment of IT equipment across the organization.


Computer hardware service for VPCC laptops and desktop computers, including the Visix system. Computer hardware refers to any physical component of a computer system, such as laptops, desktop computers, mice, keyboards, monitors, headsets, power cords, and related peripherals.


Microsoft 365 information and support. Microsoft 365 includes cloud-based applications and services such as Word, Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams and OneDrive that is accessible to VPCC faculty & staff.


MyVPCC login information and support. MyVPCC/MyVCCS provides access to VCCS applications for students, faculty, and staff at VPCC and across all VCCS colleges.
