Campus Wi-Fi

VPCC Wi-Fi provides campus-wide internet access to all faculty, staff, students, and guest. Eduroam short for "education roaming"is a secure wireless service that extends this service at participating institutions world-wide, ensuring seamless connectivity for visiting faculty, staff, and students from other colleges.

VPCC campus wi-fi includes the following available networks for faculty, staff, students and guest:

• VPCC Staff - for Faculty/Staff
• MyVCCS- for Students, Faculty/Staff
• Gator Guest-for VPCC Guest
• Eduroam- for visiting participating institutions. 

Instructions

For Android & Chrome Devices for students, faculty & staff:

1. From the Wi-Fi menu settings on your device choose "myVCCS" 
2. Connect to the network.
   1. Enter PEAP for EAP method.
   2. Enter MSChapv2 for Phase 2 Authentication. 
   3. Select “Do not validate or Do not check” for CA Certificate.
   4. Enter vccs.edu for Domain.
   5. Enter Identity.
   6. Enter Password.
3. Select Connect to join the network.

For iOS Devices:

1. From the Wi-Fi menu settings on your device choose "myVCCS" 
2. Enter your myVCCS username and password.
3. Select Join.

For Android & Chrome Devices for students, faculty & staff:

1. From the Wi-Fi menu settings on your device choose "VPCC-Staff" 
2. Connect to the network.
   1. Enter PEAP for EAP method.

3. Select Join.
