Overview 

This article provides step-by-step instructions to add your VPCC email account to the Microsoft Outlook app on Android and iOS devices. Once set up, you can send and receive VPCC email directly from your mobile device.


Step 1: Install and Open the Outlook App 

  1. Download and install the Microsoft Outlook app from the Google Play Store (Android) or App Store (iOS).

  2. Open the app.


Step 2: Add Your VPCC Account

  1. Tap Get Started if opening the app for the first time.

  2. If you already have another account, tap your profile icon (top-left corner) → Add AccountAdd Email Account.

  3. Enter your VPCC email address (e.g., username@vpcc.edu).

  4. Tap Continue.

Step 3: Sign in with Microsoft 365 Credentials 

  1. Enter your VPCC Microsoft 365 password.

  2. Complete any Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA) prompts if required.

  3. Tap Sign In.


Step 4: Finish Setup 

  1. Allow necessary permissions if prompted (e.g., access to contacts, calendar).

  2. Your VPCC email account will now appear in the Outlook app mailbox list.

  3. Test by sending a message to ensure it is working.
