As you may have seen yesterday in an email from “VPCC Information Technology,” we are upgrading the rest of the campus copiers/printers beginning tomorrow, 8/13, through Thursday, 8/14. The new *Konica-Minolta* copiers are quite nice and have had good reviews from those areas that have already switched over.
Here is a quick video explaining how to add the new printers using the VPCC print server to VPCC Windows-based devices once those copiers get in place. The new printers being added should not require admin rights to install if following this method. *Please note, you must be hardwired connected to the network to add a printer.*
This video will be available in our knowledge base and eventually will be replaced with a more polished Windows 11 version after the majority of college faculty and staff have switched over.
