The technology in this room is controlled by the LC4 Control Panel located on the instructor piano.


 

Towards the bottom of the panel you will find the student selection options. 

• The 1-8 Buttons allow you to select specific students at their pianos.
• The Bank Button will allow you to cycle through the amount of students. (If you wanted to select student 10, you would select bank where the 9-16 led is lit, and click on the student 2 button).
• The All Button selects all the students.

Towards the top right of the panel you will find the control buttons. These buttons are used in conjunction with the student buttons.

• The Mic Button will turn of the instructor. Adjusting the volume of this is controlled with the slide in the center.
• The Broadcast Button will play the student's volume for the entire class.
• The Pairs Button will pair students 1 with 2, 3 with 4, and so on.
• The AUX Buttons will send the volume out of Aux 1 or Aux. For how this class is designed, ensure AUX 1 is lit.

Towards the top left are the group buttons and sliders.

• The Group Buttons are used to program students together. Currently it is not set.
• The Sliders are used to control volume the MIC Slider is to control the volume for the headset mic. The AUX Slider & Monitor Slider are not configured. To control volume for the piano's use the volume knob on them.
