Using Navigate 360 to Schedule Appointments

PVCC students may use Navigate360 to schedule appointments with academic advisers, student success coaches, financial aid, and tutors. Follow the steps below to learn how:

1. Open Navigate360

2. Go to Appointments

  • In the menu on the left-hand side of the screen, click Appointments

3. Click Schedule an Appointment

  • On the next screen, click the Schedule an Appointment towards the right-hand side of the page

4. Select the Service and Date

  • In the drop-down menus, choose the PVCC service for which you would like to make an appointment, as well as the date you would like your appointment
    • You may have to adjust the chosen date depending on availability

5. Select the Time and Location

  • Select the time and location you would like appointment
    • Not all PVCC services are offered through all locations (in-person, virtual, and phone)

6. Confirm the Appointment

  • Make sure the date, time, and location will work for you
  • Add any additional info you would like to share into the comments box
  • Choose how you would like to be reminded of the appointment
  • Click the Schedule button towards the bottom of the screen to make the appointment
