eVA: Unable to integrate from eVA due to a leading zero in the eVA Employee Number being dropped

PR5326578 will not integrate with AIS due to the leading zero in the eVA Employee Number is being dropped. The End-user's eVA Employee Number is 0194925 and in AIS is configured the same. But when the PR tries to integrate the leading zero is dropped. See error message from eVA:

Please request user to go into eVA, and select User Preferences, and enter the leading zero on their Employee ID#. Submit the eVA profile changes for management approval. This eVA profile change may require overnight process to take into effect after the manager has approved the eVA profile change.
Then the user may edit and submit the denied requisitions.
