TCC recently added a new campus location in eVA

Seeing 3 PR's that were denied last week due to ship to location. Believe this new location needs to be setup in AIS but unsure how/where.
All three received the following error: Field >SHIPTO_ID< failed Handler Edit. Value is >A2950G< (27000,45)
Fix by...
The location needs to be added in 2 places in AIS.
1. Set Up Financials/Supply Chain > Common Definitions > Location > Location
2. Set Up Financials/Supply Chain > Product Related > Procurement Options > Purchasing > Ship to Locations
SPC - 3/14/2023:
The normal process for adding Ship To locations for purchasing is to add the locations in eVA first, then add them in AIS. The AIS SHIPTO_ID and the eVA code must match for REQ/PO integration to be successful. Since the eVA Ship To code is automatically generated and must be unique, coordinate with VCCS Shared Services when adding locations. They can add the location to eVA, then give Fiscal Services the ship to code which must be created in AIS.
