Secondary Ringer - Hear Teams Phone Ringer Even if Your Headset is Connected (Dell Devices)

You can keep your headset connected and still hear your Teams phone ring through your computer speakers. You will need to set up a Secondary Ringer

Set up Secondary Ringer (For Dell Devices)

Navigate to Call Settings

1. Click the three dots at the top of the screen.

2. Click Settings.

3. Click Devices.

4. Scroll until you see "Secondary Ringer" section. Click the drop down and select "Speakers (Realtek(R) Audio)
