MyVCCS: No Directory entry

If a person is not found in the MyVCCS Directory check the following:

• Is the person in SIS?
• Is there a birthdate in their bio demo record?
• If a student, do they have an active career?
• Is the student term activated for a current semester?

If they are not in EAD, reset their password.
