Guiseppe Center Conference Room

The Crestron control panel will operate some of the technology in the room, including the source input and speakers. 

If the system is powered off, the PVCC logo will be displayed with the text (Press Here to Start the System). Once powered on, the following controls will appear:

• By default, the room is on PC input, if you wish to use an external connection, select 'Laptop' at the bottom left of the screen. An HDMI cable is present on top of the podium. 
• Audio level to the room speakers can be adjusted with the slider and muted with the speaker button. 
• Audio input shows where audio is being sourced from to the system, Pressing the "Lock" button will lock the audio to that source even if you change display inputs. 
• The in room camera is connected to the PC input. It is auto-tracking with no remote needed. 
• Power the system off with the 'System Shutdown' button in the top right. 

Note: Display Status is no longer a functioning feature of this system. Please use the TV remote on the lectern to control the in-room display. 

The television display(s) should mirror the display of the classroom instructor computer.
The displays are operated by a remote that may look like one of the examples below. 

Use the On/Off buttons to operate the displays.

Do not attempt to change the input source of the displays without assistance.
