Overview
Access support and information for VWCCWiFi and Eduroam. VWCCWiFi provides campus-wide Internet access to all students, faculty, and staff. Eduroam extends this service to participating institutions worldwide, ensuring seamless connectivity for visiting faculty, staff, and students from other colleges. Both networks offer reliable and secure Wi-Fi access across campus.
Note: Wi-Fi connections are only available to students and VWCC or VCCS faculty and staff. Users outside these groups must contact the Help Desk for sponsored access.
No open unauthenticated wireless is available.
Features & Benefits
VWCCWiFi
Students, VWCC and VCCS faculty, and staff using personally-owned devices can sign on to the VWCCWiFi network with their MyVWCC username and password.
Eduroam
Eduroam is commonly used in research and education institutions and allows seamless roaming across participating campuses and institutions. If you already use Eduroam at your school, this should connect automatically or with one click.
VWCCU
VWCCU is our WiFi network for campus visitors that do not have a MyVWCC username and password. An employee will need to sponsor a visiting wireless user and request this access through the Help Desk.
