Overview
Human Capital Management (HCM, formerly HRMS) is a PeopleSoft Application used to manage several necessary HR functions such as storing employee data, job/position data, documenting and approving time/absence/leave, reporting/analytics, and using employee self-service.
Key Features & Benefits
Maintain Employee/Job Data
HCM stores all personal employee information, job data including dates, compensation, role, etc.
Employee Self-Service
Employees are able to enter hours worked directly into timesheets, request leave of absence, update their personal data directly in Employee Self- Service.
Leave/Absence
Supervisors or Administrators can approve direct reports' time, leave/absence. TLAM manages employees' time and absences. They ensure leave is properly accrued and payable time is approved.
Reporting/Analytics
HCM has multiple reporting tools so we can generate queries and reports to gather and analyze information stored in HCM.
