Summary

This article covers the steps necessary to export/import existing bookmarks from/to a Chrome browser.

Body

If you didn’t sign into your browser on your old system, follow the How To guides below to first export your bookmarks from your old Chrome browser, then on the new OS, follow the How To guide to import them into your browser of choice.

For the other method of getting your old bookmarks into your new Win 11 system:  Edge, Firefox, and Chrome are account-based, which means that whatever browser account you used on your old OS can be used again when using the same browser of choice in your new Win 11.  Just click the profile icon in the upper-right corner of your browser, select sign-in, then use the same account used in your previous OS.
