How to access the VCCS TeamDynamix ticketing system.
Details
If you need to submit a trouble ticket to the VCCS System Office, you can navigate there from the Virginia Western TeamDynamix login page. In the top-right, you can click on your profile icon > Click Switch Portals > then select the SO Client Portal. If you have any difficulty or find that you are unable to submit a ticket, please reach out to the VWCC Help Desk at 540-857-7354.
