Instructions on How To Remove An MFA FIDO Key From An MyVWCC Account

1.   Login to MyVWCC

•             From a PC visit MyVWCC. On the portal you will be presented with the login screens
               as usual.

•             Enter your MyVWCC username and click “Go”

•             Then enter your password

 

2.  Update Profile

•             On the upper right of the portal select your name and then select “Profile    
                Settings”

•             A window will pop up on the right of the screen. Select “edit profile” button
               on the lower right.

3.   Unselect OPT-IN MFA FIDO (Most Secure - Only Select if you have a Physical Key)

•             Un-select the option “OPT-IN MFA FIDO”

•             If configuring a new method of MFA, choose appropriate method, i.e. TOTP,
               SMS, PUSH. Otherwise move to next step.

•             Click Save

4.                  Delete FIDO Key

•             On the upper right of the portal, select your name and then select “Delete
               FIDO”

•             You will be prompted with the following message “This will delete your
               registered FIDO device. Continue?”

•             Click Yes

•             Your FIDO key has been successfully removed from your account.
