1. Login to MyMECC
- From a PC visit MyMECC. On the portal you will be presented with the login screens as usual.
- Enter your MyMECC username and click “Go”
- Then enter your password

2. Update Profile
- On the upper right of the portal select your name and then select “Profile Settings”
- A window will pop up on the right of the screen. Select “edit profile” button on the lower right.

3. Unselect OPT-IN MFA FIDO (Most Secure - Only Select if you have a Physical Key)
- Un-select the option “OPT-IN MFA FIDO”
- If configuring a new method of MFA, choose appropriate method, i.e. TOTP, SMS, PUSH. Otherwise move to next step.
- Click Save

4. Delete FIDO Key
- On the upper right of the portal, select your name and then select “Delete FIDO”
- You will be prompted with the following message “This will delete your registered FIDO device. Continue?”
- Click Yes
- Your FIDO key has been successfully removed from your account.
