Forwarding Calls from a Cisco Office Phone

Forward All Calls

To forward all incoming calls to another number:

1.  Press the CFwdALL soft key. You hear a confirmation beep.
2. Dial the number to which you want to forward all your calls. Dial the number exactly as if you were placing a call to that number. (Remember to include locally required prefix numbers. Example: 8-1-276- 523-2400.) The phone display is updated to show that calls will be forwarded.
3. Press the pound key (#) or the EndCall soft key.

To cancel call forwarding press the CFwdALL soft key.

For Cisco 8841

Forward All Calls

To forward all incoming calls to another number:

1. Press the Forward all soft key. You hear a confirmation beep.
2. Dial the number to which you want to forward all your calls. Dial the number exactly as if you were placing a call to that number. (Remember to include locally required prefix numbers. Example: 8-1-276- 523-2400.)

The phone display is updated to show that calls will be forwarded.

To cancel call forwarding press the Forward off soft key.
