The VCCS Account (VCCS ID) is an account granted to all Students, Faculty, and Staff when they become affiliated with a VCCS college. This account is unique to the person and valid at all 23 colleges.
Key Features and Benefits
Administration
Students are granted an account when they apply to a VCCS College. Faculty and Staff are granted this account through Payroll Services
Key function
This account is primarily used at BRCC to access and manage academic and business services provided by the VCCS. If granted the proper role, it also grants authentication to BRCC WifI and classroom/lab computers.
Integration
This account is used with many services as a Single Sign On (SSO) credential. Services that use the account in this way are mostly found in MyBRCC.
