MyBrcc/VCCS: How to Reset Your Password

Summary

Instructions for users to reset their own passwords without needing to call the Help Desk.

Directing users how they would reset their passwords.

All users including faculty, staff and students.

Step 1 - If you know your password, log into MyBrcc, Click on your name in the right upper corner and click "Change Password".

Step 2 - If you do not know your password and would like to reset it, use the "Forgot My Password" option on the log in page.

Step 3. If you could not change your password then please call the IT Help Desk at 540-453-2400, or visit E109, for assistance.
