Outlook Mobile: Intune Company Portal Message

Issue

You have received the following message on your phone:

"The Intune Company Portal is required for the account [your email]@brcc.edu. You will not be able to use Outlook until the Company Portal is installed or this account is removed. To install the Company Portal, choose Keep Account and follow the on-screen prompts."

This is a new security requirement for BRCC email connected to the Outlook Mobile app. 

Solution

Follow the instructions to go to your device's app store, and install the Intune Company Portal. The application just needs to be present on your phone, and can be hidden if desired. Not all devices will require this.
