DMS: How to add documents to workflow in HPC Content Apps and Experience

Adding a document back to workflow in Content Apps and Experience.

Option 1:

  1. Open the Document module.Uploaded Image (Thumbnail)
  2. Select the Document View.Uploaded Image (Thumbnail)
  3. Search for the document that you need to add back to workflow.
  4. Click on the checkbox next to the document.Uploaded Image (Thumbnail)
  5. Click on the Add to Workflow button on the toolbar.Uploaded Image (Thumbnail)
  6. Choose the workflow process and queue that you want to add the document to and click Add.Uploaded Image (Thumbnail)

 

Option 2:

  1. Open the Document module.Uploaded Image (Thumbnail)
  2. Select the Document View.Uploaded Image (Thumbnail)
  3. Search for the document that you need to add back to workflow.
  4. Open the document.
  5. Click on the Add to Workflow button on the toolbar.Uploaded Image (Thumbnail)
  1. Choose the workflow process and queue that you want to add the document to and click Add.Uploaded Image (Thumbnail)
