To change the display configuration:
1. Right click on an empty space on the desktop desktop and choose "Display Settings"
2. From Display settings there should be button to click with the options in the image below.
To make the same thing shows up on the Projector as is seen on the Podium Monitor, ‘Duplicate These displays’ can be selected. To be able to use PowerPoint presentations that display the slides on one screen and the slide show itself on the projector, ‘Extend these displays’ should be selected. There are several reasons for either configuration to be chosen.
