Key Points:
- Primary hosts can always schedule Zoom meetings for which they will control.
- Primary hosts can assign one or more alternate hosts to schedule Zoom meetings on their behalf.
Instructions:
The user given scheduling privileges will need to log out of their Zoom client and log in again for the scheduling privilege option to appear.
- Sign in to the Zoom desktop client software.
- Click the Schedule icon. This will open the scheduler window.

- Click Advanced Options.

- Check the box for Schedule for: choose the user are scheduling the meeting for.
- Click Save to finish creating the meeting. The user's meeting should now appear in your Zoom calendar which you will control.

- Make sure to send the calendar details via your email client (e.g., Outlook) to those invited to attend.
