Instructions:

Accessing Voicemails From Your Campus Phone

  1. Pick up your phone's receiver or press the speakerphone button.
     
  2. Click the Messages button (it has the symbol of an envelope).  If it is your first time, you will be required to setup a PIN -- after you do that, skip to Step 4.
     
  3. Enter your PIN followed by the # key.
     
  4. Follow the system prompts to access your voicemails.

Accessing Voicemails From Off-Campus

  1. If you have Cisco Jabber installed on your college laptop, open the application.  Otherwise, skip to Step 4.
     
  2. In Cisco Jabber, click the tape recording icon on the left side.
     
  3. Any voicemails that have been left on your line will be visible.  Click on one and then click the Play button to hear it.
     
  4. If you do not have Cisco Jabber installed, dial the external voicemail service number -- 804-523-5999.
     
  5. Press the * key.
     
  6. Enter your six digit extension (the number you are trying to access the voicemails on) followed by the # key.
     
  7. Enter your PIN followed by the # key.
     
  8. Follow the system prompts to access your voicemails.
