- Open any Internet browser and navigate to https://cucm.vccs.edu/.
- On the Cisco Unified Communications Self-Care Portal login screen, enter your MyReynolds username and password, then click Sign In.

- To forward calls from your line, click Call Forwarding on the left sidebar.

- Check the Forward all calls to: box and select the drop-down menu to Voicemail or Add a new number.

Note: If you select the Add a new number option, enter 9 + 1 + 10-digit number including area code if you want to forward calls to an external number (Example: enter 918042599999 to forward calls to telephone number 804-259-9999).
Enter 65 + four-digit Reynolds extension if you want to forward calls to an internal number (Example: enter 650000 to forward calls to 804-523-0000).
- Click Save to keep your changes.
