Key Points:
- Both the college Intranet and SharePoint pages require a user to login with a usermame (can include an email address) and a current password.
- If the password doesn't work to login to either site, the user must reset it by logging in to their Office 365 account or by calling the Reynolds IT department at 804-523-5555. Once the password has been changed, it is valid to login to both sites for 90 days or approximately three (3) months.
Instructions:
Accessing the College Intranet Page
- In any Internet browser, navigate to https://intranet.reynolds.edu.
- When prompted, enter your SR username and your current password.
Accessing SharePoint
- In any Internet browser, navigate to https://reynoldscloud.sharepoint.com.
- When prompted, enter your Reynolds email address (must end with @reynolds.edu) and then click Next.
- Enter your current password, then click Sign In.
- You may be required to authenticate by calling or texting your phone. Follow the prompts on the screen as directed.
Note: You can alternatively access SharePoint by accessing your Office 365 account, clicking the grid icon on the top-left part of the page, then selecting SharePoint under the Apps section.
If your password doesn't work to login to either site, do not keep attempting to login as you will lock your account out. Instead, call the Reynolds IT department at 804-523-5555 or submit a trouble ticket for additional assistance.
