Submitting a Ticket in TeamDynamix

To submit a new ticket in TeamDynamix:

  1. On the main TeamDynamix dashboard, click the department you wish to submit a ticket for – Department of Technology (DOT) or Institutional Research (IR).
     
  2. If you selected the Department of Technology, click Submit a DOT Ticket.  Similarly, if you selected Institutional Research, click Submit an IR Ticket.
     
  3. Choose the appropriate category that your issue falls under.
     
  4. Choose the appropriate service.
     
  5. Click the Request service button.
     
  6. Enter all the necessary details into the ticket.  You can optionally add attachments to your ticket to include files such as images, documents, etc. that are relevant to your issue.
     
  7. Click Submit to generate a ticket number.  You will receive an email from TeamDynamix about your ticket.

Note:
Please note that in order for your issue to be tracked for troubleshooting, it must be submitted in TeamDynamix.  Emails to the DOT Help Desk or to Institutional Research will generally not be accepted in lieu of ticket submission.
