Software Purchase
The Software Purchase form is used to request the purchase of new software or software addons for college or departmental use. This service ensures that software purchases are reviewed, the proper amount of licenses are supplied, security considerations are reviewed, and contractual obligations are approved and properly kept track of in our inventory system. This will allow the college to stay on top of renewal dates and track licenses along with being able to track spending.
Software Renewal
The Software Renewal form is used to request an update to the saved information of a software or software addon purchased for college or departmental use. This service ensures that any changes to the information we have stored on a software is kept track of and updated in our inventory system such as recurring charges and renewals to the software.
