If you are experiencing issues with teams calling or teams in general follow these steps: (Please note that doing so will reset your Teams app to default settings meaning any special notification settings or preferences will need to be redone)
- Type settings in the search box at the bottom of your screen, and then select the Settings app from the results.
- Select Apps > Installed apps, and then type Microsoft Teams in the search box or scroll down until you find Microsoft Teams
- Locate the New Microsoft Teams app from the results, select the More options button (...) on the right, and then select Advanced options.
- Scroll down, until the Reset section, select Reset.
- Restart Teams or reopen Teams.
