Premium Rewards are health plan incentives that employees participating in the COVA Care and COVA HealthAware plans may be eligible to receive.
To receive Premium Rewards for July 1, 2026, program employees must fulfill 2 initial requirements:
- Complete a health assessment through the health plan app or website.
- New for 2026 plan year: Have an annual wellness exam completed, processed, and paid between January 1, 2025 and May 31, 2026.
If an employee missed meeting the requirements to earn the July 2026 Premium Reward, they can still participate in the Premium Rewards program, but incentives will be effective after July 1, 2026.
