We know this time of year can feel stressful, so please remember that Step 2 is straightforward:
- Complete the performance evaluation form
- Schedule and hold your evaluation meeting
- Both are due by December 15.
We are continuously adding resources and guidance to the Employee Portal (see below) as we progress through each step of the process. If you have any questions or need assistance, please reach out to your Human Resources Consultant. We’re here to help ensure this process is smooth, meaningful, and beneficial for everyone.
Reminder that Step 3 is not due until January 15.
