Shared Apple ID for Campus iPads

Two-Factor Authentication (2FA)

Two-factor authentication (2FA) is enabled on this Apple ID. If prompted for a code, check one of the iPads already signed in. Fauquier Police Desk are always willing to help.

The shared Apple ID is used for various iPads across campuses, including:

Additional Notes

• There have been issues with older macOS versions (e.g., Yosemite) not accepting the Apple ID credentials properly, even when the password and 2FA are correct.
• Jose (endpoint) has configured MDM for iPads like the ones used for Drones. May want to move to this going forward.
