2026 One-Time Bonus for Full-time and Part-time Employees

HR is pleased to share that as part of a recent budget agreement, Virginia state full-time employees will receive a one-time flat-rate bonus of $1,500.00 in recognition of their valuable contributions. This gesture also extends to educators, acknowledging their ongoing dedication. In addition, the Virginia Community College System (VCCS) has authorized a one-time bonus for part-time employees to ensure their contributions are equally recognized.
