This program supports community college employees pursuing degree studies to enhance their contributions to the community college mission.
Benefits
- $7,500 tuition support
- ¾ salary if the individual opts to take a leave of absence
- 100% continuation of insurance and retirement benefits if a leave of absence is taken
Eligibility Requirements
- 3 consecutive years in a full-time, state-funded position
- Enrolled or accepted in a higher education degree program
- Endorsed by the college president or the Chancellor
