MFA Reset Instructions (TOTP)

Summary

If the user has access to the account but is unable too log in via TOTP they can follow these steps to reset their authenticator.

Step 1: Log in to https://my.vccs.edu/

Step 2: Click your name in the top right of the Applications page

Step 3: Make sure there are no devices already enrolled to the account by clicking Delete Push Mobile Device

Step 4: Click Reset TOTP

Step 5: Click Yes

Step 6: Log out

Step 7: Enter Username and Password then follow the steps on the screen with your authenticator app of choice
