How to Add a Shared Mailbox to Outlook

Add a shared Mailbox to Outlook:

Open the Outlook app on your computer.

Click “File” on the upper right-hand corner:

Click “Add Account”

Enter the email address and any other information for the shared mailbox.

IT does not know the passwords to shared mailboxes.  The department or supervisor should have that information.
