As the last quarter of 2025 approaches, please review your annual leave balances and make plans to use any excess Annual leave prior to January 9, 2026. Excess leave will be forfeited on January 10, 2026. Excess carryover leave is not eligible for additional carryover to the next leave year unless you were unable to use your leave due to business needs. This request for an exception must be in writing and pre-approved by management and must indicate the timeframe during which the employee must use the leave.
