Open File Explorer:

Click “This PC”

Type \\mc-print and hit enter: (If it won't let you type it in, right click and choose "edit address")

Find the printer you want. RIGHT click on it and click on “Connect.”

You will not need administrator rights to install the printer. You should see it begin to install:

Next search for “Printers & Scanners” and open it.

Make sure “Let Windows manage my default printer” is set to OFF

Click on the printer you installed to open it

Here you can set it as your Default printer, print a test page, etc.
