How to Forward a phone number remotely

How to Forward a phone number:

Log into cucm.vccs.edu  with your VCCS user name  (the one with the numbers) and password.

Click the phone (one click) you want to use to make sure it’s selected:

Note:  If you don’t see a phone listed, it may be that your phone hasn’t been assigned to you in the phone system.  Please submit an IT work order to have your phone assigned to your phone user account.

Click “Call Forwarding”

Make sure you select the correct extension, if you have more than one.

Click the check “Forward all Calls to:”

Then click the down arrow to select “Add a new number.”

Type in the phone number you want to forward the extension to.

Make sure you put a 9 and 1 in front of the number.

Click “Save”.
