DMS: User cannot open PDFs in Perceptive Content

"Unable to view file type:" when trying to open a PDF in Perceptive Content.

Issue

The user receives a message, "Unable to view file type:" when trying to open a PDF in Perceptive Content.

Resolution

Uninstall Adobe, uninstall Perceptive Content, and then reinstall both Adobe and Perceptive Content.  This is not an issue when using HPC Experience.
