TDX: New to TeamDynamix?

If you're new to TeamDynamix or just haven't visited us in a while, let's get you started.

If you're new to TeamDynamix (TDX) or just haven't been here in a while don't worry.  As long as you have a valid MyVCCS account and are an active faculty or staff member of a Virginia Community College you can sign in now using the Sign In link in the upper right hand corner of your screen.  When prompted enter your MyVCCS credentials and click the Sign In to TeamDynamix button.

Once you are signed in, you will have the ability to submit tickets and get notifications.

Once signed in we encourage you to click your name in the upper right hand corner and click My Profile and the edit button to edit your profile.  Please add your phone number to make it easier for us to reach you if we need to.

If you have trouble signing in please go to MyVCCS and make sure your password hasn't expired.  It can only be reset in MyVCCS.

If you continue to have trouble signing in please contact your college's help desk or your support personnel.

Once you are signed in to TeamDynamix you will use the Services menu option to open a ticket. 

Navigate in the service catalog clicking the categories until you find the service that you would like to open a ticket for, or you can use the search field in the upper right of your screen and type a keyword to find your service.

Then click that service until you see the green request service button:

If you expect that you'll want to ever open a ticket for this service again make sure you click the Add To Favorites button to make it easier to get to the service next time, using the My Favorite button.
