Problem
With the move to MyVCCS, there is only one instance where an account is locked or seems to be locked.
The user encounters an error message in myVCCS. "Authentication failure"
Cause
The criteria set here will affect all users that fall under this Password Policy and determine if and when an automatic lockout of an account will occur based upon failed login attempts at a specific length of time.
The Account will lock after 10 failed attempts within five minutes.
Solution
In myVCCS personinfo, an unlock action is performed on the user.
The lock will time out after 15 minutes.
