Term default effective date for spring term did not reflect the date when you began accepting spring web payments.
in this case the system applied spring web payments to the fall term. in the future double check your term dates to reflect the dates you wish to beging accepting web payments.
To correct affected students
Go into the setup for your charge priority (setup SACR / product related / stud financials / charge prty list )
Change your Future Term settings from NO to YES for the tree nodes as needed ;tuit, fees, etc.
Run Payment Applier, double check your students.
If all look good, change your Charge Priority setting back as needed.
