Currently both operator defaults and favorites are lost when any of these 3 actions occur:
1. PIN is updated
2. CustomerID is created
3. SIScopyID is added
It is advised that you take a screen capture of the operator defaults before taking any of the above actions. You will need to re-enter them afterwards.
