Purpose
To share with users, stakeholders, and project team members how to contact specific people on a project through TeamDynamix. As the system office, ITS PMO moves toward a heavy focus on TeamDynamix as the preferred project management application, this is becoming the best way to communicate with project managers.
Assumption(s):
You are a VCCS employee that has access to the projects tab in a client portal you have access to and know how to access the portal. If you do not know how to access the TeamDynamix Portal, please see this knowledge article for help.
Steps
Navigate to the client portal, Projects Tab, and select the project you wish to communicate on
Click on the Feed tab and then comment.
You can now select who you would like to send a message to, the project managers will show up as marked below. You can also click on the button with the three people icons (circled) to select everyone associated with the project.
Once you have completed your comment, hit save.
