Best Practices: Colleges should run Mass Discontinuation and then Mass Term Activation processes the business day before registration opens for the next term(s). This should be run after Financial Setups are complete for the next Term. Make sure Academic Calendar and Term Setups are also setup and accurate for the next term prior to running.
After the processes for Spring 2024 is run in TEST and then PROD, Documentation has been attached to this article that can be used for future runs.
