Colleges are experiencing errors when trying to update a student's address in SIS. In order to successfully make these changes, follow the instructions below.
Menu Path: Main Menu>Student Admissions>Application Maintenance>Maintain Applications
Instead of clicking on the Edit/View Address, click edit address under Add Address
Enter the updated address and click save
Select the Address type for that specific and submit
To verify you can go to the Student Inquiry Panel to see the change

If the email address doesn't save, please make sure one address is marked preferred.
