DMS: Retrieving Documents in the HPC Web client

Body

  1. Log into HPC.

            

  1. Click on Documents.

            

  1. Select the Document View for the document that you want to find.

            

  1. Click on the bar at the top that says, “Search in HR All SilkRoad Legacy Docs”.

            

  1. Change the Add Constraint to EMPLID if you want to search for the document using the EMPLID.

            

  1. Click Add.
  2. If you want to search on multiple constraints, add more constraints.
  3. Click Search.

            

  1. A list of all documents that match your search will be displayed.
  2. Click on the document to open it.
